Good Evening,
We are aware that this has been a very challenging afternoon that has caused disruption to service for some customers.
The Vodafone network had an issue affecting broadband, 4G and 5G services. 2G voice calls and SMS messaging were unaffected and the network is now recovering.
We can now confirm that our contact channels (call, webchat and email) are available for you to speak to our frontline care teams. Our online portals, such as VBP, One Portal and Partner Portal are also available for you to support self-serve journeys.
