    Dear Customers,

We have a positive update regarding the global Vodafone outage: many affected services are now returning to normal functionality.

We are still waiting for Vodaphone to confirm what the issue was.

    Services Restoring:

    • Inbound & Outbound Calling (Phone and Mobile) are now largely functional.

    • SOGEA Internet Lines are starting to reconnect and stabilize.

    Important Note:

Due to the scale of the global outage, some users may experience temporary residual fluctuations in service stability (e.g., dropped calls or slower speeds) as the network traffic catches up.

We will continue to monitor the situation for the next few hours to ensure full stability. Thank you for your continued patience!

We will update again once we hear more information back from Vodafone

    Dear Customers,

We can confirm that all services have now been restored

Vodafone told us its network is now "recovering", but didn't elaborate on what caused its broadband, mobile network, website and customer service phone lines to go down for over two hours today.

See the latest update from the Vodafone spokesperson

A spokesperson said: “This afternoon, for a short time, the Vodafone network had an issue affecting broadband, 4G and 5G services. 2G voice calls and SMS messaging were unaffected and the network is now recovering. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused our customers."
